Staff is unhelpful and indifferent, bordering on rude, restaurant is dirty and poorly maintained. Dreary location compared to most other Moe's. Reading other reviews, this has been a long-standing problem. Very disappointing, won't be returning here again.

This place was really busy when I arrived, but that's not always a bad thing! My wife said that these were the best Moe's chips that she's had in awhile (while I wasn't necessarily noticing; instead stuffing my face). Overall, everything at this location was made well, and tasted great!

I have placed orders for pickup at this location three times now and every time, the order has been wrong in some way. The first two orders had incorrect toppings, and on this most recent occasion an additional side of queso I paid for was left out. I did not notice this until I had already left the location, and they will not answer the phone when I attempt to contact them about the issue.

My husband loves it her, but I’ve not been overly thrilled. The staff is hard to hear and don’t seem happy to be at work. The one gal looked quite unkempt with her hair everywhere. The chips we received were half smashed into little bits, but hidden by the full chips. My burrito was okay, but I just didn’t feel like it had a lot of flavor. Too expensive too, in my opinion.

I worked at another Moe's on another part of Raleigh, so this review may be a little biased 🤔. However, it was pretty average. The Chipotle ranch tasted more like ranch, and the balsamic vinegaret was too vinegary. There was too much pepper on the steak. But it was ok. I still ate it

Don’t order catering from here. I ordered the taco bar bundle, picked it up at 11 AM. Drove 45 minutes south to do a lunch. Unpacked it and did not have tacos. No soft shell no hard shell no tacos in the taco bar bundle. I contacted the catering person to let them know, and ask for them to deliver some, as I had business to conduct. Was told that under no circumstances, would they have a person free to deliver the tacos that they didn’t give me that I paid for. Avoid this place for catering. It’s hard to give them five stars if they didn’t deliver what you paid for.
